Registration for the 2016 conference is now open. Registration for academics is $75 for advance online registration or $100 at the door. Discounted registration is available for local residents at $20 for the entire three-day conference, while registration is always free for local high school students and undergraduates with ID, New College faculty and staff, and Ringling Museum staff. The 2016 Conference will culminate in a special banquet in celebration of the twentieth anniversary of the Conference, to be held in College Hall on Saturday evening. Beginning with pre-dinner drinks and canapés, this festive occasion will feature a seasonal three-course menu and carefully chosen wines. 

Everyone attending the conference in an official role (presenter, chair, etc.) must register. If you will be accompanied by family members who would like to attend one or more of the receptions or organized activities without officially attending the conference, please contact the organizing committee.

Your registration fee provides access to all official conference events except for lunches, the Twentieth Anniversary Banquet, and the Macbeth performance at the Asolo Conservatory, which are priced separately. Click here to be transferred to our online registration system:

A limited number of bursaries are available to help graduate students and/or international participants defray the costs of travel to the New College Conference. Those considering applying should be aware that bursaries are typically small (in the range of $50–300), so we encourage all applicants to pursue additional sources of funding. To be considered, please send an email by 15 January 2016 to with your name, scholarly affiliation, and funding status. All applicants will be notified of the results of their applications by the first week of February 2016.
