Registration for the 2020 Conference is closed as of 3/7 due to the conference's cancellation. If you already registered, we are planning to issue refunds; please stand by for further information.


The Conference recently moved to a graduated registration scale, which we hope will facilitate participation by delegates at all academic levels. Registration is always free for local high school students and undergraduates with ID, New College faculty and staff, Ringling Museum staff, and members of the program committee. Registration costs for the 2020 conference are the same as in 2018, i.e.:

Everyone attending the conference in an official role (presenter, chair, etc.) must register. If you will be accompanied by family members who would like to attend one or more of the receptions or organized activities without officially attending the conference, please contact the organizing committee.

Paid registration provides access to all official conference events except for lunches, which are priced separately.
