Registration

Registration for the 2022 Conference is now open!

Registration is always free for local high school students and undergraduates with ID, New College faculty and staff, Ringling Museum staff, and members of the program committee. Registration costs for 2022 are as follows:

Full-time faculty: $125 on or before February 23rd; $175 after February 23rd

Part-time, contingent, and retired faculty, and independent scholars: $75 on or before February 23rd; $125 after February 23rd

Graduate students: $50 on or before February 23rd; $100 after February 23rd

Local residents (non-academics): $25

Please register before February 23 to take advantage of lower pre-registration fees. Everyone participating in the conference in an official role (presenter, chair, etc., whether in-person or remotely) must register. If you will be accompanied by family members who would like to attend one or more of the receptions or organized activities without officially attending the conference, please contact the organizing committee..

Paid registration provides access to all official conference events except for:

1) Lunches, which are priced separately. For the convenience of conference attendees, individually packaged lunches in Covid-safe containers will be available on campus all three days of the conference for $15 per meal. Dining options within walking distance of the conference center are limited, so conference participants without their own transport are strongly encouraged to purchase lunch tickets. Lunch tickets must be purchased through the online registration site by February 23; there will be no lunch ticket sales at the conference.

2) The Dante Society plenary by Lorna Goodison, which will be held in Sainer Auditorium on Saturday evening (March 5th). This event is free, but has separate ticketing due to the limitations of space in Sainer. You can reserve a seat during the online registration process, but your conference badge does not guarantee you admission to Goodison's lecture as it does all other conference events.

Also, please note: the cutoff date for the conference rate ($189/night) at the Holiday Inn SRQ is February 7th. Please see the Accommodation page for more information.
