Accommodation

For 2026, we have arranged blocks of rooms at two local hotels:

• The Hyatt Place Sarasota Airport (950 University Parkway, 941-554-5800) is offering conference attendees the rate of $189/night. Rates include breakfast, free wifi, and free airport shuttle service. The hotel has a fitness center and outdoor pool. Reserve using our dedicated booking link by Wednesday, February 4th; rooms booked at the conference rate can be cancelled without penalty up to 3 days before arrival.

• The Hilton Garden Inn Sarasota Airport (8270 North Tamiami Trail, 941-552-1100) is offering conference attendees the rate of $229/night. Rates include free wifi, and free airport shuttle service. (A campus shuttle goes from the Home2 Suites on the same property.) The Hilton has a fitness center, outdoor pool, and onsite restaurant. Reserve using our dedicated booking link by Friday, February 13th; rooms booked at the conference rate can be cancelled without penalty up until March 2nd.

Both hotels are within relatively easy walking distance of campus; see our local map.  You are of course free to make your own housing arrangements; there are numerous other hotels (Marriott Courtyard, Hampton Inn, Kompose Hotel, Sleep Inn) within walking distance of campus. March is high season in Sarasota, however, so rates will be high and early booking is strongly recommended.
